Heshoutang authorized natural health store and clinic partnership

GROW WITH HESHOUTANG

Authorized Heshoutang Stores & Clinics

Bring your existing herbal store, supplement store, or natural health clinic into the Heshoutang authorized network.

Explore location-level brand authorization, practitioner qualifications, brand standards, and the review process for stores and clinics.

Store or clinic authorization is separate from individual Authorized Agent status and requires formal approval, applicable permits, and professional compliance.

THE STORE & CLINIC PARTNERSHIP MODEL

What Is an Authorized Heshoutang Store or Clinic?

An independently operated business formally approved to use Heshoutang branding and conduct specifically authorized activities at an approved location.

01

Herbal & Natural Health Stores

Existing stores looking to introduce Heshoutang products and an approved brand presentation.

02

Supplement Stores

Established supplement retailers seeking an authorized Heshoutang product partnership.

03

Natural Health Clinics

Existing clinics seeking to add approved HNHS services delivered by appropriately qualified practitioners.

Individual Agent vs. Store & Clinic Authorization

An Authorized Agent may provide approved HNHS services at an existing, legally compliant office or clinic without separate Store & Clinic authorization. However, presenting the entire business as an Authorized Heshoutang Store or Clinic requires location-level brand approval. Store authorization does not automatically qualify employees to provide HNHS services or replace applicable professional licenses.

All partnerships require location review, a written agreement, brand-standard approval, appropriate business permits, and compliance with applicable law.

AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS

Store & Clinic Authorization Requirements

Store authorization requires legal compliance, suitable facilities, approved brand use, and qualified practitioners.

01

Legal Business & Permits

Maintain the business registrations, permits, and approvals required for your activities and jurisdiction.

02

Suitable, Compliant Premises

Your location must be appropriate for the proposed retail or professional services and meet applicable local standards.

03

Approved Brand Use

Use Heshoutang names, logos, signs, and marketing materials only as permitted by the formal authorization agreement.

04

Qualified Service Practitioners

HNHS services require applicable HNHS training and assessment; specialized professional services require legally appropriate licenses or credentials.

05

Product & Operating Standards

Product displays, marketing, and sales must follow the approved Heshoutang standards and partnership terms.

06

Formal Review & Agreement

Heshoutang reviews the application, location readiness, and partnership suitability before granting authorization.

Location Authorization Is Not a Professional License

Approval of a store or clinic does not automatically qualify every staff member to provide HNHS or other regulated services. Individual qualifications, authorization, and applicable licensing remain separate requirements.

Partnership Models

Heshoutang-only locations and businesses carrying other brands may have different authorization fees or waiver terms. Any fees or exemptions are determined through individual review and a written agreement.

Final requirements depend on local law, proposed activities, and the authorization agreement. Applying does not guarantee approval.

Partnership Models for Your Business

Dedicated Heshoutang Location

A location operating fully in the Heshoutang style and meeting applicable standards may be considered for a franchise-fee waiver, subject to approval and written agreement.

Multi-Brand Location

A store or clinic that also carries other brands or services may be subject to a franchise fee or other commercial terms, defined in its agreement.

Authorization does not guarantee revenue, clients, or exclusive territory, and does not replace business permits or professional licenses. Fees, waivers, and authorized activities are subject to a written agreement and applicable law.
