Qi is traditionally understood as the force that helps support the movement of Blood throughout the body.
Healthy Blood flow helps nourish the muscles, tissues, and extremities that support everyday physical function.
When Qi and Blood move smoothly through the channels, the limbs are better supported with warmth, nourishment, and vitality.
UPOWER® brings these three traditional principles together: support Qi, promote healthy Blood flow, and support the channels.
Arms or legs may feel weak, heavy, or more easily fatigued during everyday activity.
Everyday movement may feel less smooth, less comfortable, or require more effort than before.
Hands or feet may often feel cool, especially when overall circulation and physical vitality feel low.
Overall physical energy, stamina, and resilience may feel lower than you would like.
These signs may overlap. UPOWER® is designed around the traditional relationship between Qi, Blood flow, channel function, and movement.
In the Heshoutang traditional framework, Qi provides the force that helps drive circulation throughout the body.
When Qi feels insufficient, the body's traditional driving force for healthy Blood movement may also feel less efficient.
Blood may move less smoothly through the body's traditional circulation pathways and extremities.
Muscles, tissues, and limbs may receive less of the warmth, nourishment, and support they need for comfortable movement.
Astragalus Root provides the foundational Qi-supporting role in UPOWER®. In the Heshoutang traditional framework, stronger Qi helps provide the driving force needed to support healthy circulation throughout the body.
Chinese Angelica Root, Red Peony Root, and Chuanxiong work together around traditional Blood nourishment and healthy circulation support, helping maintain smooth movement of Blood through the body.
Peach Kernel and Safflower provide traditional blood-moving support, helping maintain smooth circulation through the channels that nourish the limbs and support everyday movement.

Six herbs, one focused traditional strategy: support Qi, healthy Blood flow, channels, and everyday movement.
UPOWER® is designed to provide traditional herbal support for Qi, healthy blood flow, channel function, movement, warmth, and physical vitality. In the Heshoutang framework, these functions are closely connected: Qi helps support circulation, circulation helps nourish the channels, and well-supported channels help the body move with greater strength and ease.
UPOWER® may be considered when weakness, heaviness, reduced physical strength, sluggish movement, coldness, or poor circulation-like signs appear together. It is especially suited to the Heshoutang pattern of insufficient Qi accompanied by less efficient blood flow through the channels.
Begin with the full-support amount shown in the How to Use section. As your condition improves, the daily amount can be reduced gradually. UPOWER® is generally taken before meals according to the recommended step-down schedule.
The length of use depends on the individual pattern and how quickly strength, movement, warmth, and physical function improve. Once significant improvement has occurred, the amount is gradually reduced rather than stopped abruptly, with a lower maintenance amount commonly continued for another 1–2 months.
Yes, depending on the pattern. UPOWER® mainly supports the Qi–blood flow–channels–movement pathway, while another Heshoutang product may be selected when additional patterns such as cold, dampness, blood stasis, or Kidney weakness are also present. For more complex combinations, personalized guidance is recommended.
If you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medications, have a medical condition, or are preparing for surgery, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Because UPOWER® contains herbs traditionally associated with supporting circulation, additional care may be appropriate when using medications that affect blood clotting or circulation.
